Monthly Dances are held in Norwell, Massachusetts at the Cushing Center on the second Saturday of each month from September through June.  Each dance has a different theme, and is often coordinated by a different host and hostess.   To assure that there will be enough room on the floor for all, only 100 tickets will be sold.   Tickets are sold in advance and cost $9.00 for Members and $10.00 for non-Members.   The environment is smoke and alcohol free.  There is a snacks and sweets table; coffee, tea and pitchers of ice water are provided.  There is no charge for any of these, although members and guests often bring contributions for the table.  There is a dance lesson from 7:30 to 8:00 pm, followed by recorded music from 8:00 to 11:00 pm by DJ Jack Gilmore or South Shore Dancers own DJ Tom Osterland.
